Achievements Until Now:
128 Roma children are participating in the program, 63 Roma children are attending kindergarten and 65 Roma children are enrolled and participating in help-school program. Children receive food during the daily programs. Roma children's school performance and social skills are improved through educational programs, social activities and other substantial initiatives focused on their hygiene improvement.
Target Group:
Marginalised and disadvantaged Roma children
Problem Program Addresses:
Marginalized Roma/Gipsy community is living in poverty and segregation, lack access to education. lack access to basic health and facing social risks and vulnerability.
Purpose:
To socially integrate Roma children in society by means of education and social assistance, and to prepare them for Roma school or Public school education.
Main Activities:
Provide meals. provide education for children and lessons about hygiene. Teach Christian morals. Parents participate in decision making by way of a parent committee.
