Nedbank Donates R10 000 To Dorcas Aid
Nedbank generously donated R10 000 to Dorcas Aid.
As part of Nedbanks Local Heroes initiative to support local charities, Dorcas Aid was selected to receive a donation. The funds have been allocated to the Dorcas Aid Orphan & Vulnerable Children (OVC) programme. The OVC project that will benefit from the donation is a joint partnership between Dorcas Aid & St Francis Care Centre on the east rand of Gauteng. The project cares for approximately 70 OVC who have been identified through the Home Based Care programme which cares for people infected or affected by HIV/AIDS.
Suport for the OVC programme covers the cost of food, payment of school fees, school uniforms and life skills workshops.
